My '01 sport trac is rough!

Well I have a '01 Sport Trac that I bought with 107K miles on it and have noticed that is rides quite rough and seems to rock side to side on turns. Is this normal for a sport trac? What can I do to make the truck ride smoother? Thanks!:)

I had rancho RS5000. But now I have the Superlift shocks due to the lift kit.

The stock shocks are junk.
 






If you drive mostly on-road, Sensa Tracs are fine and don't cost an arm and a leg.
