i have a 2000 explorer 4.0 v-6 sohc; i had to get the heads rebuilt so they had to come off the truck. i put them back on and retimed the cams with the $200 cam tool kit the way the instructions said. i put everything back together with no extra parts and now it won't start. there is spark to the plugs there us fuel to the injectors there is power to the injectors. what could be the problem?

3 things to run

The three basic things an engine needs to run are fuel, spark and compression. Since you appear to have the first two then I suggest that you perform a compression test. That will confirm the cams are timed correctly. Make sure the throttle is wide open when you perform the test.

+1...pretty much guaranteed that your cams are timed wrong, or they messed up your valves pretty bad.
