My 2001 Explorer stalled, and it won't start.

A 2001 ford explorer stalled while in motion. Attempted to start but will not start, checked fuses, relays, and fuel pump all seem to be ok. It cranks but won't start, fuel pump doesn't start either but antitheft light flashes rapidly.

Any Ideas what it could be.

I've moved your thread to the stock 2002-2005 section. Check the fuel pump relay.
