My '99 XLT Super Cab

Hey guys! I have a couple questions but I figured I'd introduce myself. So here's my rig:

99 Ranger XLT
4.0 V6
SuperCab
4x4
3 inch lift
32 in M/T's since this picture was taken
171k Miles - Still original motor & trans


First question. I've used the search & "how to" forum but really couldn't find an answer. I've been doing lots of research on winches, but I can't find a front bumper mount/plate/bumper for the Ranger. Anyone have any idea what I should do?

Second question. My lift cambers my front tires to the inside slightly. Is there a camber kit available to correct this? I've been rotating my tires every oil change to try and help even the tire wear.

Looks like a body lift, not a suspension lift. That won't affect your alignment. But there are kits that allow more adjustment to your camber. I don't have a part number or link, but you should be able to find it with a quick search, or even on google.
