I got the switch panel custom made from http://www.wiringproducts.com/ A bit over priced but he did what I wanted.

CB - $40 @ Walmart
Antenna $15.
Scanner: $180 @ Radio Shack
Scanner Antenna $29 @ Radio Shack.
12v Power Relocate - $6

I also have my cell phone charger hardwired in.

I bought one of those Cobra CB's from Wal-Mart and had no luck with it. I had the SWR tuned perfect but I wasn't receiving or transmitting worth crap. I replaced it with a Cobra 29LX which works great.

Yea. I will admit it's not all that great, but I can't find anything that small... I want a small one to fit into the console easy.

I am going to try a different Antenna, since the one I have is pretty weak... if that doesn't do it, I'll switch to something else.
