For some reason my floor jack stopped working suddenly. It worked perfectly the last time I used it then 3 weeks later zip.
I checked the jack oil level and filled it up (via the big phillips type plug on top of the cylinder) , but even with it full when you pump the handle the jack lifts about 1/2" then drops right back down. Looks like it is not pressurizing at all. I have the lift screw in tight, but it still will not raise. I didn't see any leaks.
How do I fix this, or should I buy a new jack?

The video is 3G2 type, the only format my Treo takes, sorry. (The wet spots below the jack are water, I sprayed the dirt off of it before I made the video to make it look purdy).
