I blew the trans in my dad's 95 F150 302 Auto, and my dad bought a 2004 Sport Track 4.0 Auto Adrenaline edition, I personally, hate the engine, too small for a vehicle of it's size, but then again, I don't know much about it, except the plastic valve covers and intake manifold just aren't right. AMC had plastic valve covers in the 80s on the 258 (my 83 Eagle has that) and they leaked horribly, you think Ford would've learned

Welcome to this forum! It started with a lawsuit because somebody was towing with Firestone tires, and they rolled over. The Firestone tires have a recall, but as a safety precaution, they won't rent to somebody with an Explorer.
