i like it a lot, not too puny and not too bulky looks really good

Real nice. Does not overpower truck. You showed what can be done with a small amout of pipe/tube and no bender.

it looks great!
if you can get some flat steel to cap the ends, it'll help keep water out of the bare metal in there! or something like this 3" cap from A&A

http://www.aa-mfg.com/pdshop/shop/item.asp?itemid=847

as others said, its a fine looking bumper, and the cap is my personal preference kinda thing, since I'd be looking for the portable compressor to use it as an air tank.

looks good! working on one for the back w/ tire carrier?

It looks awsome! I want one!

That looks really good. Nice job on it. I would also cap off the ends of it, but other than that it looks like the perfect size for your truck.

One of the best ones I've seen. Good work

yeah the ends r gettin caps so it can be a air tank but it was late and i havent done the ends yet

I think you need an alignment.

i want one just like that but i would look a lil wierd wit a 3 body lift on my navajo

do you still have your stock bumper?

Looks good. I have a suggestion though. This all depends on how much you like your grill though too. If you could move the winch back into your grill so the bumper would be closer to the truck and you wouldn't lose as much approach angle. Like Michael did to his. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1345180&postcount=91

Again that all depends on how much you want to keep your grill looking nice. The bumper looks great too btw! I agree with everyone else with getting some end caps for it. Great job.

^^One thing to add to Froaders...if you were to do that, I would personally put in a billet grille. That way, it would flow better when it's cut compared to the stock grille (lines going across and just cut in the middle, compared to cutting into the sections in the 91-94 grille) JMO.

i dont like cutting the grill up. i knida like it out. he he but i still have the factory bumper. also it is mounted up to the factory bumper holes so it is easy on and off. \

also i know the allingment is off im avoiding fixing it because when ever i get my lift gone im goin solid axle so the 5.5 superlift is for sale also i might part with the bumper

if anyone would like a price quote ill ask him because we made it to bolt up to stock bumper holes. also as tonght is the new year i was out wheelin in warren county and it pushes good and the winch had to be used twice and it peformed great. the bumper will push a good size tree ovre with out a prob. ill have to post a pic of the after shot tomm of the x.

let me know if you want to get rid of that bumper i will meet you in tenn and pick it up

just to clear up anything i will sell the stock bumper not the tube one

if you were to make another one just like that how much would you want for it ? i really want one just like that

Great looking bumper, simple and functional but it looks mean. I would probably move it back into the grill as well to help with approach angle but that's a matter of personal preference. Good job.
