ok here is my opinion on thornbirds i think they are just as bad as the firestones accept mine only had 5000 miles on the when i Dead Link Removed blew the left rear on the hwy at 60mph we are lucky we didnt end up on our roof we now have wild country rvts and they are very nice little road noise look similar to the bfg muds but are more aggressive they clean out better than the thornbirds and the ride is 100 times better anyone have their own opinion?

can't say i'm surprised. Thornbirds aren't tires made for the highway they are made for off road and not high speeds. You were lucky it didn't happene sooner, but glad to hear everything or everyone came out ok.

are those wildcountry rvt the real aggressive tread design. if so i had 30X9.50's and was very happy with them...super traction off road. after i put on my James duff 2in body lift I stuffed wildcountry txr 33X9.50's under there and am equaly as impressed....i have used them on the beach aired down to 15 psi and did really good....i havent gotten to go to seriously off road with them ie. mud and rock stuff but i will soon

marvin

marvin these tires are the ones that are very aggressive they do very well in the mud and rock im running in our area mud drags this weekend it does fairly well in soupy mud so it will be fun
