HHO is an oxyhydrogen mixture made by electric arc technology; it contains 2 parts of hydrogen per 1 part oxygen.

Although the concept isn't new, caution should always be taken. Use an ignition controlled fuse set up, and a cut off switch near the driver's side. An additional switch on the unit is a good idea too. This picture was from a time when hydrogen was known to have potential, but the cautions were not known as of yet:

Not yet, but I've been working on my own version for a while. I was having a problem trying to get some material for it, and put it on hold for a while.

You will get a stronger reaction if the plates would be closer together. Make sure that they don't accidentally touch. A non conductive bar on the bottom of both electrodes would be a good idea to install.
