So I crawled under the Ex a few minutes ago to inspect Crk sens wiring and noticed this.... first thought was it was aux vaccum line for something decommission by P.O. and just some random thing to plug line....but it's very clean...like it recently popped out of somewhere. Clues: The end round piece spins. This is on passenger side

Thank you! He is recovering from surgery, goes in later this week to see about starting treatments....luckily for him he does not need chemo, but the targeted drug therapy is no walk in the park either.
