Nav Map Update Process?

Reluctantly bought a map update A7 SD. Inserted it and thought the system would update itself, but it still shows A4. What else needs to be done to make the update take? Did a search here and have found no procedures.

Hi Ed K,

When you change the Nav card, your maps are automatically updated because the info comes from the card that's inserted. I understand that you want to see A7 show on the System Information screen.
