Map Update

Right, I never bothered because I use Android Auto all the time (wirelessly!) And Google Maps is awesome, and as up to date as you can get.
Also, a tip for trips, download the maps offline ahead of time! Works great if going into the wilderness without cellular coverage.

AFAIK, the most "official" Android Auto wireless adapter, Google actually owned Motorola at the time (I think, don't quote me on that)

Noticed that my Explorer was doing an OTA update yesterday. It is now on map version 2.22 so I wound up getting it free. First time it has done any OTA update.

Mine did it a week or so ago on my 2023 Aviator, Dale. It took several days to complete. My 2020 Aviator updated both Sync and Maps via WiFi.
