Navigation Prompts Volume

I recently had to turn off the voice prompts in my 2013 Explorer Limited. Now I have them back on, but cannot adjust the volume to an understandable level. Can anyone explain how to adjust the volume of the prompts. It is probably a simple explanation, but I cannot find it.

Check page 536 of your Owner's Guide.
On the MFT screen, Settings/System/System Prompt Volume.

You can also use the volume control button on the steering wheel.

You can adjust the volume of her voice while she is speaking using the radio volume knob or the volume button on the steering wheel.
