Navigation Volume

For some reason the volume of my Navigation system in my 2011 Explorer limited is so low, I can't barely hear it if I have the radio on. I did go to settings but still didn't work. Is there a settings for just the volume of the Navigation system. Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Struggling with the same thing. Even when I turn up voice control it stays low and just the "sync" voice is louder. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if its same as the 4th gen nav but I am only able to adjust the voice prompt volume when it is speaking. when it stops speaking the volume control goes back to adjusting music volume.
