Need 4X4

Hi,
Purchased an 98' sport from Florida and drove it back 2200 miles to Colorado Springs, CO. Not knowing it was a 4X2 I bought it anyway (I guess most Texas and Florida Explorers come that way from the factory, Duh...) How do I convert this to a 4X4? What parts do I need other than a transfer case? I saw the write up for the early model explorers but what about later models. I'm planning on searching for a donor Sport or 4door from the scrape yard. How much money am I looking at with labor and parts?

I think someone on here has either done it before or was planning on doing it. Not sure though, try doing a search for "4x4 conversion" or something. Also, check out the conversion forum. Might be something in there. I know it's pretty dern expensive though...
