Need a foglight wiring harness

I had work done on my front end of my 99 Sport. When I got home, I saw that my foglight wiring on the passenger side had been torn right at the plug in..
Ripped it so close to the plug that I can't solder it or anything.
Guess I need a new one, but I Haven't been able to locate one anywhere!!!
Help please...
