NEED body help

Ok, check this out, I get this crazy ass squeeking noise out the back of my sport. I have a 2001. I think it is coming from the bumper and u hear it everytime the truck sways over bumps and when i turn to the right. Its very very annoying. Does anyone have any idea what it is, and does anyone have schematics to the frame and bushing placements??? I need some better sway bars too, wats a good choice?

Check your leaf spring shims/pads or whatever they are called, your leaves are probably just rubbing together

I had the same problem.

My body mount bushing was getting rusted up and squeaking against the body.

There are 2 bolts under the rear carpet you can loosen the bolt and spray with wd-40, should help

My '01 Sport has had squeaks from both of those problems. Now it has a squeak coming from the rear sway bar mount bushings.

Relubed them a few months ago and squeak went away. Now the holes have become oblong and are dry and noisy again. Got the new bushings and correct lube, and am going out to fix it in a few minutes.

EDIT- I have the Explorer Express rear sway bar. It made a huge improvement in handling.
