Need Expertise on Replacing Toe Links

Hi all, I'm in need of replacing both of my rear toe links. Most of the products out there are calling for either 17" wheels or Except 16" wheels. My truck is a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT with the stock wheel size of 16", 7" width. I don't what to purchase something that will be too long. What is the issue here and why can't I find one for the XLT? Thanks
