need help asap truck will not move

Because the proper way to do it is to grind down a couple teeth on the ring gear instead of grinding down the cross pin.

Yea we did both the first time my 5.13s were installed but the second time I went ahead and bought the modified cross shaft.
So the ground down stock cross shaft was the one that was installed in the locker?

the shaft that was ground down was in the locker i am going to wait for a new locker to arrive and put the notched shaft in.

I thought you werent supposed to run a notched cross shaft with a locker?

Also are you 100% sure thats the problem?

got some more pics the locker does not have that much damage just a lot of chipping on the teeth it was hard to get some good pics but got a couple. now i just have to hope that Aussie will warranty the locker and re assemble and hope for the best.

I still don't understand how the locker can be blamed for the truck not being able to move under it's own power. If the locker was not working properly, i would think it would drive like it had a spool, or only engage one wheel in slipping conditions. Have you tried shifting into gears with no drive shafts attached?
