Need help dont know what is wrong

My 2006 Explorer was misfiring on multiple cylinders, I have replaced the spark plugs, the coil pack, and the cables. And the misfiring continues to happen, I don't know if the problem is electrical or mechanical at this point. And I would like to avoid going to ford and having them tell me what I already know. any suggestions?

Go to an auto parts store or garage and have them read the codes.

IF you have a lean misfire code on bank 0,1 it could be a bad coil pack or loose spark plug. When the computer leans out that bank because the O2 sensor detects rich mixture, tit then can cascade into multiple misfires... In time this will clog your catalytic converter also...
