Need Help - Engine 4.0 SOHC

timing indicators

The 1st and 2nd photos don't show the timing marks good enough to confirm its correct. Refer to the photo below.

The red arrow with the word "Mark" above it should be aligned with the TDC pointer.

In the forth photo the camshaft sensor position "nub" appears to be in the correct position as shown below.

I will only replace the cassete timing chain back on the right.
The recommended replacement parts for this are just that?
7U3Z 6K254 A ? Right Timing Chain Tensioner?
4L2Z 6M290 AA ? Cassette Timing Chain?
