Need help figuring out the brand

I really like this push bar like bumper in this photo I found and I tried to enlarge it to get the brand but I couldn't keep it clear enough, I was wondering if anyone out there knows the brand or could help in figuring it out...thanx

It's a picture that NTWonline has when you look at lift kits for ex's... but thanx I'll check out everything that was suggested
