Need help installing stealthbox

I have a real JL audio stealthbox I got used. Has everything except the template to drill the 2 mounting holes. Anyone have a copy of that, or know where I can get the template or measerments to drill the correct 2 holes? The box is loose in the opening & will slide around if I don't secure the box down.

there's no template, just set the box in place and run the screws in

the holes should already be in the box

The instructions state there is. The holes are on the underside of the box. You need to mark the holes using the template, then dril into the floor in the exact locations. Then screw the bolts into the bottom of the box.

put some dynamat around the box or cargo area. that will seal the box in there and you wont have to drill.
i had to force my box behind the panel after my liberal use of dynamat.

Mine came with brackets in the screw spots to bolt it up to existing holes.
