Need Help!! New starter will not engage

Ok....You were right....it was my flex plate. Tuesday was remove the Tranny Day, Wednesday was purchase the Flexplate & install day, Thursday was replace the Tranny day. Friday is going to be spent driving all over kingdom come in my Explorer!!! WEEEEEE HAAAA!!!!!
