need help on head unit install

I recieved a resonance mobile electronics model wd308 cd player from a friend but the wiring hook ups do not match up to those in my 93 explorer. Anyone know of an adapter or anything like that so i dont have to break out the wire cutters and electrical tape. Heres the only link i could find

You need a wire harness adapter specific for your vehicle. This will go between the head unit and the factory harness. These are widely available. Heck, even Wal-Mart sells them.
