NEED HELP QUICK with the warrior shackles

I just got them, and I want to put them on, but I have a question, what side bolts to the leaf, and what part to the frame, like you know in the middle where the connecting thing is, well one side is longer..so what goes where?? NEED HELP QUICK

Long side up short side down. Raise both sides up before you install, this is a lot easier.
