Need Help With A Radio, and Tranny

ok well im new to this but anyway i bought a 95 xlt explorer, the previous owner had a aftermarket deck and didnt give it to me, but she gave me the stock player well i hooked it up and there is no power or sounds, i tryed a pioneer and i got it to light but only when i take a speaker wire to the hot wire?? crazy, but then i still dont get no sound threw the other speaker, i checked all the fuses, idk what else it could be


Then it needs a tranny i was wondering if anyone had pictures cause i dont feel like paying the garage
