In short, none of the buttons on the sunroof control seem to be doing anything other then sliding back the black cover. I am hoping someone can help on some or any level.

This is what I have done in testing so far.

Fuse #8 below the hood is good. The switches are good, bought a brand new switch and tested. New and old only move the black cover.

Checked the wires from the plug to the top of that wiring harness section for continuity and everything toned out.

No noise on any level.

Note, some time back I had issues where pressing the sunroof to just crack open in the back would require me to hit a few times and hold the button. Now, nada, nothing, dead.

Maybe I missed a fuse? Anyone have any thoughts, ideas?

Might be a problem with the switch itself seeing as how it did work sometimes and now not all all.

That is what I thought being that a while back I had issues with the switch, but I bought another switch, brand new and tried it. Same results. Arghhh!!!!!

I'm guessing it's the motor on the roof glass itself. Sunroof motors are usually surprisingly easy to replace or much, much harder than it should be...
