Need help with rims and tires?!

i have an 02 ford explorer xls. I just wanted to know if anybody knew if 31x12.50x16's on 16x10 wheels would fit on my explorer. I ordered coilsprings today. I'm going to lift the front 3" and the back 2". would those tires and rims fit???

It's not to much of the height that i'm worried about..it's the wideness..The tire will be 31x12.50 and the rims will be 16x10 with 4" backspacing..that's why i'm not to sure if it will fit..or if it will touch when i turn and stuff????????????????

I don't think I've seen that anyone has tried that combo. You might just have to give it a go. That 4" backspacing should help you. I have 33x11.50's with 1.25" wheel spacers that fit fine. If you're a little off on width maybe some wheel spacers would be an option.

How wide are the rims you running. Do you have pics???
