need help with some codes

I have a 2001 explorer sport with the 4.0. im getting a code for o2 censor heater circuit malfunction bank one censor one. I changed the o2 censor and reset the the light and i get the same code. what is the problem? Im also getting a code of p1135 but my code reader book does not list any p1 codes only p0 codes. any help would be great thanks.

Check the fuse which feeds power to the 02 sensor's heater. It's probably "blown", and therefore no juice to the sensor's heater. imp
