need help with taking out jbl head unit and install new sony head unit

hey all im having troubles with this i got a new sony head unit but when i pull out the old factory jbl head unit i cant seem to find a wire harness to mate up with the factory someone told me to splice the wire on the amp but i dont know what wires or why can soome one please help me with this
