Need help with time setting

Hello, I know this is a simple question but I have not figured it out yet. Bought a 99 X with a Pioneer EEQ Mosfet 50w x 4

Can anyone tell me the procedure to set the time, I disconnected the battery and lost all memory.

Also Is this a ok stereo and is it the Super Tuner?

When the player is off, hold down the function button for like 3 seconds. Then release it, continue to hit it until it flashes time or date, then scroll thru and adjust as needed.
