Need help with wheel size

Ok i can get a killer deal on some American Racing Stics 5 Rims. I can get the chrome ones for 143 a piece. the only size i can get them in is 15x8. will the 15x8 stick out really bad? i want to put a little lift and some 31's but until then i dont want them to stick out in the mean time. the backspacing on them is 3.75. anyone have any pics or anything that can help me make my decision??? thanks, newbie to the board.

I'm going to be getting some new wheels soon, and I'll put on some 31s in the near future. Or maybe at the same time, it depends...right now I have the stock tire size 235/75/r15, so from now to when I have my 31s, should I go with 15x7s or 15x8s? What is the best size for 31x10.5s, 15x7s or 15x8s...or does it make that much difference to matter?

Go with 15x8's....If you ever wanna go bigger, say 12.5 wide, you'll be able to fit them on the 15x8 but not the stock 15x7.
