Need Input On Lowering

I have about 100 bucks to spend and was looking at a few things in my 1998 Explorer Sport... I came to the Explorer Express Lowering Kit. Basically I wanted to ask if I should go through with it. Will it do alot for me as far as mattering in the center of gravity and toppling over. Pros and cons would be cool because I am not sure what would really result from this. Basically anything that would relate to me buying this. Advise on installation whatever. I need all the input I can get. Mention other kits that could be better as well if you want.

I dont necessarily want it to look dropped massively like draft's X but I wouldnt really mind if it was. Now the ride height is going to be lowered approximately 1 3/8 inches according to the description of the kit. What will this look like? Noticeable?

Ahh... I am sorry I searched more specifically and found all kinds of good information on lowering a Sport, but this leads me to a different question. Anyone have a good website to get blocks for my Sport? The EE website says a 2 Door doesnt need blocks but I am unsure of that now after reading all these topics about it and also are camber adjustors absolutely necessary?

With my tools in the back and just flipping the spacers on my 2000, I have about 2 inches between the tire and the bottom on the wheel well, I was going to wait until I got tires put on it before I went any lower.

Okay new question.... exactly what do you have to do to do the Torsion Bar lowering thing for the front? Is there a quick way to measure how far you lowered it? I mean you tighten/loosen the bolts but how do you know how far youve gone without putting it on the ground again, anyway to do this faster?

Siber can you take a picture of your flipped spaces so I can see what it looks like before I get down there?
