Need new fan blade

does anyone know where or i guess if i can get a flex fan for my 91 Explorer? i need to replace the OE clutch fan and was thinking about putting a flex fan on there. sny tips or know where to get one?

pass on the flexfan - if they come apart it's ugly. Get a HD hayden fan clutch.

where do i get this fan from? how much and what experiace do you have with them

I am having the same minor over-heating problem, I found out that my fan is spinning at the same speed when temp. is cold or very hot. Now I know I need a new fan and fan clutch. question I have is (1) is the stock fan clutch from FORD better than the HD Hayden fan clutch? Also what is the part number of the HD Hayen fan clutch and cost. The FORD stock fan clutch is about $135. (2) What metric size wrench is used to remove the fan and fan clutch assembly from the pully.
