I am shortly going to start work on a cowl-induction snorkel for my truck (from the air vents, not the hood), and I have a question about water getting in there.
If the engine is pulling from the cowl and it's raining hard outside and rain pours in there will the engine take in water and hydrolock? I'd rather not go through that again and it sort of defeats the idea of the snorkel in the first place.
Thanks in advance for any input on this matter.
