Need some help with my seat

my drivers seat will recline, but it will not go up. I can force it with a shove then it will go up.

Plastic worm gear probably broken.in most cases,the whole power track should be replaced.

You will need to take the whole seat upsidedown to see the mechanism movement.

Thanks for the advice. Could you see it with a mirror? Or does it need to come out to repair it?

You will need to take the power seat track out of the car to see what exactly the problem
