Finally got around to mounting my new lights, decided not to go with a light bar but instead mounted straight onto my bumper. The switch panel was the hardest part, had to remove headliner, cut out sheetmetal in roof brace to clear switches, still need to wire the relays and switches but the lights are wired. Enjoy.
BTW, the switch with cover is a master power switch, it will send power to the other 2 when activated, to make sure that they will never accidentally turn on and burn out covers. The other 2 are for the 2 inside/2 outside lights, wired through seperate relays.
For this project i picked up a new butane iron, a "weller portasol" It was amazing, heated the joints very fast and heated a larger area than a regular corded iron. plus, sice there in no cord you can work much easier. it also doubled from heatshrink duty. $60.00 at sears, I highly reccommend getting one..
