New engine

I'm installing a new 5.0 in my 2000 Merc. I didn't take pictures during engine removal, so, any pictures y'all share will be greatly appreciated.

Yes. The correct position of the bolts with studs on them. Valve covers, intake and exhaust systems. Vacuum lines. Also, is there a support bracket for the upper radiator hose? My hose keeps getting cut on the fan.

Mine may not be perfect since I've had it torn apart and things aren't necessarily installed back to the stock form, but I'll post what I can. Engine's currently on a stand, but some things are still connected to take pictures of.

hey guys i have a 2016 ford explorer xlt 2.3 that a new engine was put in it now it wont even crank
charged the battery
changed the starter
plugged the wiring harness into there respective locations and all the grounds are connected but nothing is happening

need help please
