Strange article. It reads like it was translated from another language.

If this actually gets built, it looks to me like this Bronco will be heavily geared towards looking like an offroad-capable vehicle, but without actually being one, ala FJCruiser.

But regardless, I'd love to see this thing on the road! Buying am certain it wont look like the pics. They always lose something between "showcar/prototype" and production.

I completely agree... There is nothing in their current line up that could be an adequate offroad SUV.

Ford has reps on this site. Maybe they could mention it to the higher ups in the company? After all, they want to make vehicles which people want to buy. Maybe we should have a poll on the type of design, and get Colin to photoshop a few different versions?

It is true the Bronco and Ranger are supposed to come back, but that concept photo you linked to is probably 10 years old now.
