Where is Polk City? My wife is from Des Moines.

I am roughly 16 miles north of Des Moines by the Saylorville Lake if that makes any sense. Nothing exciting around here but some good back roads to drive around with the yellow lab.

I've been to Saylorville Lake. My wife got locked inside it when she was in high school. She was with her boyfriend and they lost track of time.
