I am either goin to sell my truck to get a 85 4runner, lift it and put 35s on it or keep my truck and do the same. I have 32x11.50x15 pro comp mud terrains on it now (which I would sell and use that money to buy 35s) with less than 8,000 miles on them and I have warrior shackles and a 3in body lift.

I think i will need a 4in suspension lift. Will this one work...

I would not order it with shocks b/c i would order skyjacker shocks that handle a 5-6inlift.

Also, I might buy the f-150 coil seats from a ford dealership for $84 for the pair. Then i would need 4.56 gears right? Does anyone have a link to where I could buy them?

I just want to know if everything im thinking will work and is right. So thats what im asking you guys to do, just help me out.

Thanks

Sorry but I dont think the Picture of my explorer worked... any other way to get it on there?

put it on photobucket and copy the img url

i say ditch the bl, or cut it down to 1-2 inches, then buy the trailmaster lift. with some trimming you should be able to fit 35s easy. f150 seats would most likely be cheaper at the junkyard.

Do some searching on the gears...I think 4.88s would fit 35s better but check that out.

then just sell the procomps and buy some used 35s and you're in business!

hi, i have a pretty much stock mazda navajo tht i wanna put 33" on. it is a 2 dr but pretty much similar to yours. what mods did you have to make to put your 32" tires, and i am having trouble finding large tires and wheel packages, i'm thinking its because the websites dont take into consideration i have a 3" body lift kit... any help would be great thanks

I thiink the 4.56 will work good. I have 3.73 on my 97 Ex with 31" and my speedo reads right on! I think 4.10's would be good up to 33" Then of course 4.56's for the 35's should be the ticket.

Lose the body lift and go with a 6" kit. Then go at least 4.88's for gears. If you are going to wheel it more than drive it, then go witth 5.13's. If you plan to have it on the highway alot, then stick with the 4.88's. Mine rolls down the highway nice.

I got my gears from www.justdifferentials.com. they were awesome to deal with and had good prices.

I'm with this guy.. looks freakin' perfect i wouldn't mess with it...

that said, leave it alone (sell it) and buy the 4runner. haha.

(honestly, it would probably be easier to do the lift you'd like to do with an already solid axled truck that won't have dif clearance issues in the front, etc)

nice x
