2013 Explorer XLT
I purchased a 2013 XLT on Monday that I had been looking at for a month. I have read a ton of reviews and I pray that whatever was gonna go wrong has gone wrong (fingers crossed). The only thing that I have noticed is the paint bumps on the edges of the front along with some chipped paint. I have questions about that and a few other things but I'll look around the forums for the answers. I was also happy to read the thread by Jason about the remote start. Thanks Jason

Hoping to learn lots more here.

Thanks for the Welcome Rick. I am learning quite a bit here. I still need help while in the vehicle (lol) my teenagers have been a blessing with all of the button in there :)

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to this forum! The amount of electronics that they keep packing into these vehicles every year makes it more complicated. I'm sure that eventually they will integrate more voice controlled functions into these vehicles so that you don't have to play with buttons, and touch screens while you're driving. The government will have to make it standard equipment so that there will be less accidents from distracted drivers. The other option is to look at a busy set of controls like what you see in an airplane.
