Hey everyone, just want to introduce myself to the site, and say thanks for all the great info found in the forums. I have been lurking around for quite sometime, and have found plenty of useful threads, so thanks again!

Welcome to Explorer Forum!

Welcome aboard, if you are building your truck for the trails Rick and I will be happy to meet up. If you just like leaving it on the pavement and hauling groceries Evil Eye is your man.

(just kidding, I'm trying to get Shawn to build his truck to beat in the desert)

Welcome to the site:chug: Good to have another local member on board.

Thanks everyone, I do want to do a mild off-road transformation for the mountaineer, but nothing too big. I go camping up north a lot, by the Mogollon rim, so bigger all-terrain tires is something I've been eying for a while (If I could ever find a shop to sell me some :p:). Look forward to Building it up!! Thanks again for the warm reception! lol.

I just posted in your other thread, I say skip the 30s and go 31s. They will fit. Also look at Craigslist, there is always good deals on tires from guys taking them off in this area. FYI, I picked up 4 Toyos 37x13.50x22 on Craigslist for $400 with 60% tread left. Those tires are $500 each!!!
