- 2009 Lincoln MKX
Hey guys!
I'm a new member, looking to learn some information before purchasing my next vehicle.
I'm selling my Lincoln MKX and wanting to purchase either a 2003-2005 Aviator or Ford Explorer of the same age.
I'd like to buy a 2 wheel drive model and lower it a few inches after seeing some of the member's rides! I'm moving to California so I don't need AWD/4WD anymore and look the look of the lowered (but not extremely and impractically low) Explorers and Aviators!
If anyone has info on lowering an Aviator or can direct me to a member who has done it that would be greatly appreciated!
I've done a ton of research and it appears lowering an Explorer is much easier, but I love the Aviator's so if it's not too difficult I think I'll go that way. But doing my research before the purchase!
Thanks for the forum!
