New member in search of transmission help!

Good morning, I have a 2002 Explorer that is throwing a Transmission Control Solenoid code. I have replaced the solenoid pack but need to know the location of the TCS? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is the solenoid pack.

Well I replaced the pack and still have the same issue. Any ideas?

I replaced the whole pack but AutoZone ordered me a Duralast TCS69 Solenoid any idea where that goes?

The part auto zone ordered is not for your transmission. It is for a 5R55/44E. Did you disconnect battery and leave 30 min. To reboot computer after repair? If not nothing told the PCM that repairs have been made.

I didn't disconnect the battery just went to AutoZone and had them clear the code. Should I disconnect battery for 30 minutes now?
