Hello everyone, i just learned howto drive my 5 speed manual, my parents gave it to me, it was spray painted black on the outside, to stop cops from pullin us over. I have major rust on the bottom, thanks to the salt and snow. I need new shocks, and i found that it burns oil, either a rear main seal, or new piston rings. I also found alot of oil ON my tranny. Im also pretty sure that i most likely have burned my clutch from learning and much inversion. I want to figure out what i need to do, and how i should go about either rebuilding, or purchasing.

Don't worry about the engine burning oil now, just check it every week, and keep it full. Shocks are always a good idea, but also take a good look at your tires. Don't just look at how much tread you have, make sure its worn nice and even, and make sure there are not a bunch of weather cracks in them. It wouldn't be a bad idea to check the date of manufacture, which should be on the side.
The transmission oil leak is a bigger concern. It is most likely the three plugs on top, on the shift rail. You can do a search on how to replace them with freeze plugs. Before driving it next, fill the transmission with oil. There are two plugs on the side, fill and drain. Fill it with Mercon ATF.
What makes you think the clutch is bad? A little smell is normal if you are slipping it a lot, trying to learn, not the end of the world. Some may start to chatter from overheating, again, not the end of the world.
After that there is a pretty good list of routine maintenance you need to do before worrying about anything else.

2stroke pretty much nailed it. I'll just toss in; you can drive with bad shocks for a while, take care of other things first. My Explorer had the factory original shocks on the rear and cheap old ones on the front. It handled SO much better with new shocks but was not unsafe to drive before new shocks.

Thank you! And yeah, im worried bout my diff, im sure i just need to reseal it, theres alot of moisture around it, so im sure ill neex to seal it back up! Thank you for your input!!
