I have checked nearly everything I can check. The fan blower just stopped one cold morning. When I started the 99 Ford Explorer and turned on the heater fan it did not work at any speed. I have checked the resistor and it is fine (actually replaced it) plugs seem fine andI am getting 12 + V to the fan motor. Checked with a voltage meter at the plug. Could it be the fan motor itself. Would it just stop/break/go out that quickly? Never any problems before?
Fuses and relays all check good.
