I just came across this site while wandering around the net and figured i would go ahead and register. i have an 01 Explorer Sport, and havent been able to get much info on the mods i want to do. I also have an 84 Bronco II that is my trail rig. well, for now the Explorer is both, since i busted my front axle on the Bronco II. This site seems to be a little different format than the ones i'm used to, so it may take awhile for me to get the hang of it. check out my explorers page and tell me what you think www.cardomain.com/id/tony_raine_2

hey watsup. welcome to the site and hope you plan on staying until you blow up all your fords or grow old and cant see.

anyways, i'm like you except the opposite. I got a beefed up Mountaineer and a stock 85 BroncoII. This site is great for either one. have a day nice!

i think i'll dig up this post and add some pics of what everything looks like now

gave the ex about a 1" TT, getting ready to have some 2" lift shackles made for the rear (got the steel and plans, just got to drop it off at a buddy who owns a hot rod shop.) then i'll give the front some more twist and get an alignment. got a set of 33x12.5 M/T's on 15x8's i'm going to try to fit. (old b2 tires/wheels

got these 33" bias TSL's for $60. yeah, thats for all 4. bought them sight-unseen from a co-worker that couldn't remember how much tread they had (sitting in his parents barn). 50/50 chance one of us was getting a steal, and it was me! put them on 15x10 cheapies (about $40 each). also cut my front fenders and undercoated them.

... oops, double post. the quick reply is acting funny here at the work computer

...2nd edit (since i'm here anyways):
yeah, i've been a member here for awhile (check the join date. i bet my posts-per-day is pretty low, haha), i just mainly lurk. i spend most of my time at a b2 site where i am a moderator. mainly because the b2 is the rig that gets the most wrench time. but i've been researching pages and pages here finding great info. just haven't found much to ask about yet since i've found plenty of answers just searching (if only everyone did that, haha). but i'll post up more and more as i get deeper into the explorer

Welcome........again!
